We had a blast !! Awesome pool home enough room for everyone… very clean nice pool area. Great communication when messaged host .. Great game table was a great place to book if you have a concert to attend !!! Thanks for the great stay

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a very quiet neighborhood and very relaxing.

The first thing that I noticed about the house was a dirty handprint on the front door glass and sticky floors, that when wiped with a wet paper towel turned the paper towel dark brown. The pantry door was coming off of its hinges, and previous guests had left what looked to be the remnants of a crab boil in the back yard, with crab shell bits all over one of the lounge chairs. The beds were not crisply made, and in fact, I wondered if the sheets were actually clean as they did not smell fresh. I probably would not have wondered this if it had not been for the dirty floors. There is an ample dining table on the back patio , but there are no plastic dishes, except for some wine glasses. Still, we enjoyed the pool and the large umbrella out back, the multiple seating areas, and the excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood in the Mandarin area. I requested an early check-in since check-in is a late 5 PM, as I wanted to prepare dinner for my family. I was not granted an early check-in because, as I was told, the cleaning crew needed time to make everything perfect for our stay. Given that response, I would have expected the house to be cleaner.
